Cutting & preparation

Use a fine-tooth saw or wheel cutter. Deburr and chamfer pipe ends. Wipe fittings clean — moisture and dirt compromise joint strength.

Solvent cement application

Apply E-Z Weld 786™ to pipe and fitting socket. Push together with quarter-turn. Hold briefly. Allow cure time per ambient temperature before pressure testing.

Support & expansion

Follow FlowGuard hanger spacing. Allow expansion loops on long runs in UAE heat. Use genuine FlowGuard fittings only — never mix brands.
